I want to know the adaptation status of my product.
Unfortunately, we are unable to answer inquiries regarding progress on the Smartphone Adaptation status of individual products.
Please also note that we have received smartphone adaptation applications from many creators, and while we would love to be able to respond to every single application, it is currently difficult to accept and manage all requests.
As such, please be aware that we will be hand selecting products from the applications we have received. We ask for your understanding of the circumstances.
