Do I need to do anything for works registered on DLsite before the Guidelines were been put in place?

Licensing fees are not applied to works registered on DLsite before the Guidelines were released (December 1, 2021)
However, if you enter an application, or a required application is submitted for a large revision, etc., the licensing fee will be applied from then on.
