If the online upload isn't complete after waiting a long while, or you get a "NetworkingError: Network Failure" error, please use an external file transfer service.
- Send your work by uploading your work to a file transfer service (e.g., GigaFile, Firestorage).
- On the information entry screen for new product registration, please input the product information, and enter in the download URL for the file transfer service in the "Notes section".
(Please upload the retail version and trial version to the file transfer service separately, then enter the URL for each in the notes column.) - Please upload a blank txt file as the main file after uploading the product page images, etc.
