Does censorship of sexual organs have to be via mosaic? Are black lines/blanks acceptable?

With regards to censorship of sexual organs, as a rule, for black and white images,as long as the sexual organs are obscured,it doesn't matter if you use black lines or blanks.

However, for color images, the form of sexual organs is more easily discernible,so we do not recommend using black lines and blanks for color images.
